Services
ProCutz Lawncare & Landscaping LLC provides residential and commercial lawn mowing, landscaping, seasonal cleanup, fertilization, weed control, and pressure washing services in Lake County, FL and surrounding areas. Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling & Access
Service visits are scheduled weekly, biweekly, or as agreed. You agree to provide safe access to the property, including unlocked gates and pets secured, on your scheduled service day. We may reschedule due to severe weather and will notify you as soon as possible.
Estimates & Payment
All estimates are free and provided upfront. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. Recurring services are billed per visit or monthly as agreed. Late payments may pause scheduled service.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule any visit with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Recurring service agreements may be cancelled at any time with notice before the next scheduled visit.
Property & Liability
We take care to protect your property, including irrigation heads, lighting, and decorations. Please point out any known hazards or fragile items before service. ProCutz Lawncare & Landscaping LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden obstacles.
